Community Action Sutton are inviting tenders for the provision of cleaning and caretaking services at Hill House Community Centre, Bishopsford Road, Carshalton/Morden SM4 6BL. Hill House is a Grade 2 listed building with an extension that includes a large hall.
Cleaning requirements
Daily cleaning is sought Monday to Saturday with Sundays to be arranged as and when required for all rooms and areas within Hill House covering the ground and first floors including the large main hall.
Caretaking requirements
A caretaker is required to be a keyholder for the building. The successful tenderer will be responsible for opening and closing the main gate and building, disabling alarms, and securing the premises at the end of each day. The caretaker should also be available for emergency call-out and able to carry out minor maintenance tasks when required.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their experience in working on similar contracts within the last 3 years and must give a detailed description of experience.
