Sutton Mental Health Foundation is looking for an Intentional Peer Support Service Manager

Join Sutton Mental Health Foundation as our Intentional Peer Support Service Manager and play a key role in shaping and leading a service that puts relationships, recovery, and lived experience at the heart of mental health support.

Working 16 hours per week, you will lead a dedicated team of peer support workers and trainers, oversee service quality and safeguarding, and help develop innovative, person-centred support that empowers people to build confidence, strengthen connections, and achieve meaningful goals.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate leader with a background in mental health, wellbeing, community, or voluntary sector services. You will bring a strong commitment to strengths-based practice, co-production, and the values of Intentional Peer Support, alongside the ability to inspire and develop others. We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health challenges, although this is not essential.

If you are passionate about creating inclusive, recovery-focused services and want to make a lasting difference for Sutton residents, we would love to hear from you.

To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter explaining why you would like the role and the skills you would bring to admin@smhf.org.uk by Monday 5 October 2026.
