The 2026 Sutton Community Awards are delivered in partnership by Sutton Council, Community Action Sutton, Volunteer Centre Sutton and Sutton Housing Partnership, reflecting a shared commitment to recognising the people at the heart of Sutton's communities.
The wait is finally over, we can now confirm the shortlisted nominees for the Sutton Community Awards 2026.
The awards celebrate the amazing people and groups who make Sutton a wonderful place to live. This year, we received more nominations than ever before, with a staggering 404 entries received across 10 categories. All of the award partners — Sutton Council, Community Action Sutton, Sutton Housing Partnership, Volunteer Centre Sutton, and our sponsors Everyone Active and Carew Academy, were blown away by the entries.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to tell us about a local hero!
