Healthwatch Sutton has an exciting opportunity for someone to ensure that local people’s views are heard in decisions relating to health and social care in the Borough. We are looking for a project manager to carry out a wide range of projects. From helping Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to engage with their local populations to investigating the quality of local services, this position will support improvements in people’s health and wellbeing.
You will be helping the PCNs to create and deliver engagement plans that ensure that the services that they are developing are designed to deliver health improvements. In addition, you will also be instrumental in delivering the core remit of all local Healthwatch by ensuring that people’s views and experiences shape the health and social care outcomes for the area.
Part of this will be achieved by providing support to a patient-led group with representatives from each GP practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) and also to help GP practices and PPGs to work effectively together.
The ideal candidate will need to be well organised, have a creative approach, be able to influence others and be a good communicator.
