Reporting to: Adult Carers Support Service Manager and ‘Sutton Uplift’ Service lead
Hours: 35 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend work for which Time Off in Lieu will be given
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum pro rata plus statutory holidays
As a partner in Sutton ‘Uplift’, Sutton Carers Centre is working alongside the lead partner, South West London & St Georges NHS Mental Health Trust, to deliver a range of services aimed at supporting anyone with a mental health or wellbeing need in the London Borough of Sutton.
We are seeking a Carers Wellbeing Navigator who will be based within the Wellbeing Team at Sutton Uplift, and who will lead on providing practical and emotional support to Carers and those who may otherwise not access mental health services.
