Sutton Housing Society is small registered provider (currently) operating within the London Borough of Sutton with just under 500 homes. We focus primarily on providing housing for older people (over 55s).

Our Community Engagement Officer role is a fantastic opportunity for you to bring creativity to our (predominantly) older residents. The role is responsible for delivering an creative programme of wellbeing activities and events primarily at our older people schemes. Our Lettings Officer role is a great opportunity to work within our small housing team, leading on our work relating to the management of our housing waiting list, assessing housing applications, dealing with related enquiries, allocating homes and managing our active decant programme amongst other tasks. Working 35 hours a week, we offer 25 days annual holiday excluding bank holidays, together with a holiday purchase scheme of up to 5 additional days a year, a defined contribution pension (with 8% employer’s contribution) , 3 x salary life cover, health cover, professional fees paid and a fully funded training budget.
