Free Cakes for Kids Sutton is a local group of enthusiastic home bakers who make delicious home made cakes for families who can't provide one for their child. The local branch was started by organiser Lynne O'Brien in 2011 after she read an article about the group in Oxford. Having baked birthday cakes for her own children she was saddened to think that there were children whose families were unable to provide even

a cake for their child's birthday.

They match local enthusiastic home bakers with families in need. Most of their cake requests come via a 'partner' organisations. Their service is free, friendly and confidential.
