£350,000 available for local projects and services to help people to become more financially resilient

The government Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) supports local authorities to invest in local projects and services that help people to become more financially resilient and prevent crisis and hardship. The Fund should be used to implement or further develop Resilience Services, with a specific local focus on preventing homelessness. Can be new services where there are gaps in provision or existing services to expand provision.
Eligibility for Charities:

Have a proven track record of delivering cost of living support in Sutton.

Be a registered charity based and/or working in Sutton (with around £150K per year in income or more), applications from community interest companies (CiC’s) and not for profit companies will not be accepted

Be ready for the services or projects to go live (be up and running) as soon as possible (within one month of award).

Funding can be used to continue or expand existing projects or services, or to deliver new ones based on local needs (services currently funded by Cost of Living Charity Fund 25/26 will need to apply as this funding ceases on 31.3.26).

Partnership bids are welcomed and the assessment of bids will include scoring for evidence of working in partnership.

Bids in region of £30K - £50K p/a, this can be higher for partnership bids.
